WE DID IT! CO GOT GOLD!!!!

it's our first time competing wif other schools at the syf & we got gold. it's expected lah. really i'm not boasting. saw CO's practise the day before syf & on dat day itself in the morning. it boosted my confidence dat CO will definitely bring back good results. some ppl cried. including me. i was on the verge of crying when the person was going to announce zhss's results. i controlled myself & when he said gold, i didn't cry. CO stood up & cheered. i sat down not knowing what to do. i was happy but i didn't noe how to express it. i wanted to cheer but i'm too happy unil i'm lost for words.CO u make me proud. it's understandable dat some ppl cried. u see this time last yr, zhss CO can't even play a song right. erhu section was slacking. xu lao shi was scolding every week. she told us dat we couldn't even get bronze if we go on like this. she said she didn't even dare to wish for gold. even if we were lucky, they most we would get was silver. months of hard work, scolding, motivating, finally towards the competition, CO got stronger. we got better. we aimed for silver, then for gold. then we were confident dat we'll get gold. u c, so much hard work. For me, it's 1 + 2 months of hard work, for my seniors, 2-3 yrs + months of hard work. how can we not cry? how can we be not proud of ourselves? even the lousiest player in CO ought to feel proud coz even the lousiest one put in effort. all of us were motivated.

There's one person i must give credit for, Xu lao shi. although she always scold us without her high expectations of music, without her guidance, CO would nv had gotten gold even if we worked hard. it's the teachers effort, the students effort dat made it possible for CO to get gold.

when they were at the first floor, i saw ppl cried & made me cry too. i quickly brushed the tears away.i dun think anyone saw. when they were waiting for the bus saw teachers congratulating each other, ppl congratulating Xu lao shi.ppl hugging each other, ppl crying, ppl smiling, ppl taking photos. i cried again. this time lip chaiu saw me brushed away my tears. so i walked over to valerie & told her she looked like liang si mei again. LOL. oh yar happy belated birthday lip chiau!

oh yar i forgot to mention dat after the performance, a parent came to tell us dat we were good & that gold would be ours. she also told us dat the first time the judges clapped was for zhss. good job zhss CO. i'm proud of all of u.
